Freddie is the son of Win and Brenda Farnsworth, Freddie was born in Muncie, Indiana & grew up in Pinedale, Wyoming. Freddie Joe Farnsworth was an IPRA bareback and saddle bronco rider, and is an excellent rider in all rodeo events and performs all horse stunts, both Western and English. He joined the USMC in May of 1985, and was stationed with 1st Bat 7th March until July of 1991. At that time, he went to Marine Combat Training at Camp Pendleton as a troop handler and a weapons and tactical instructor. He served in both Desert Shield and Desert Storm. In December of 1994 he received an honorable discharge as a Sergeant. Upon leaving the Marine Corps, Freddie returned to Casper, Wyoming and worked as a truck driver and in sales for Butane Power and Equipment until April 1996, when he began work on Starship Troopers (1997) to this day. Freddie is an actor and the military advisor for the Spy Game (2001) film & uses his skills on every film he works on. He occasionally works as a Stuntman for "Stunt Grunts" ('Raleigh Wilson''s company). He is best friends with Max Martini for whom he stunt-doubled on the TV Hit The Unit (2006) and Jake Busey (he met on the film set of Starship Troopers. Freddie met Victoria on the film set The Pacific (2010) and a year later got married this December (2009). He resides in L.A. with his newly wife & two daughters Linda & Brenda (now at university), a couples of horses and a dog called "Colt".
